    The majority of the products are made in Canada and some in the USA. The products made in the USA are sent back to Canada for final assembling and packaging.
  • Are Lóa products vegan and cruelty-free?
    All Lóa products are cruelty free, gluten-free and sulphate-free. The majority of our products are paraben-free and most of them are vegan.
  • Are Lóa products FDA approved ,EU and UK complaint?
    Yes, all of our products meet FDA in the USA and Health Canada requirements. All Lóa products follow UK and EU( European Cosmetic Regulation requires a safety assessment and registration of cosmetic product)compliance regulations.
  • Where are La Passarella and Lóa based?
    La Passarella LLC and Lóa are based in Florida, USA. But almost all the products are made in Canada and the USA.
  • Does Lóa sustain any eco-friendly practices?
    Yes we do. Not only we have a sustainable sourcing of natural ingredients, but we also use recyclable or biodegradable packaging. Our company does all possible to minimize waste during manufacturing and to reduce water and energy consumption.
  • How do I know I chose the right foundation shade for my skin tone?
    It is very important to know what type of complexion you have before choosing the right foundation shade for your skin type. Those that have a warm complexion, should go with a foundation shade that has yellow, gold, and peach undertones. Now, if your complexion is on the cool side, a foundation with pink undertones is your best choice. Those with neutral undertones should choose a foundation shade with both gold and pink tones.
  • How do I determine if my skin is oily, dry, combination or sensitive?
    You can determine your skin type by observing how your skin feels throughout the day. Oily skin tends to be shiny and produce excess sebum, while dry skin feels tight and may experience flakiness. Combination skin consists of both oily and dry areas, and sensitive skin is prone to irritation and redness, or rosacea.

  • What type of company is La Passarella and is Lóa Brand registered?
    La Passarella is registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a business structure allowed by state statute in the Florida Division of Corporation. Lóa is our Makeup and Skincare brand, and it is also registered.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    The orders shipped from Canada to the USA usually take 4-6 business days to arrived depending on the region. Internationally usually takes around 14-19 business days depending on the country.
  • What other countries besides the USA and Canada do you ship?
    Please refer to Return and Shipping Policy to first verify we ship to your country before placing an order.
  • How long does it take for an order to be processed?
    It usually takes 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped. Orders that are placed on Friday after 4pm, will be processed on Monday of the following week.
  • Does La Passarella accepts returns or exchanges on international and domestic orders?
    Unfortunately we don't accept returns or exchanges on international orders, only on domestic ones, and some conditions have to be met for La Passarella to process a return or an exchange, please refer to our Returns And Shipping policies before buying our products.
  • How much does shipping cost to the United States?
    To the United States we have a flat rate of $6.99usd, and free shipping for orders of $60 usd or more. Our products are manufactured and ship from Canada.

    We have an international flat rate of $19.99, and if there are other fees required by the country, they will also be added to the flat rate. Our products are manufactured and ship from Canada.
