Absolutely! All Lóa products are cruelty-free, gluten-free, and sulphate-free. Most of our products are also paraben-free and vegan. Feel good about what you put on your skin!

Yes, all of our products meet FDA requirements in the USA and Health Canada standards. Additionally, all Lóa products comply with UK and EU regulations, including the European Cosmetic Regulation, which requires a safety assessment and registration of cosmetic products.

Customers can order products that are currently out of stock only if the label "Pre-order" is underneath the product, otherwise, you might need to wait until the product is available . Orders shipped from Canada to the USA usually take 4-6 business days to arrive, depending on the region. International orders typically take around 14-19 business days, depending on the destination country.

We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders only. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please review our Returns and Shipping policies for detailed information before making a purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority!

To the United States we have a flat rate of $6.99usd, and free shipping for orders of $60 usd or more. Our products are manufactured and ship from Canada.

We have an international flat rate of $19.99, and if there are other fees required by the country, they will also be added to the flat rate. Our products are manufactured and ship from Canada.
